OVERVIEW
Our Idea Lab gives you a quiet space to reflect on your most pressing business issues or project blocks. You will have the time, as a team, to go back to the origin of the problem to better solve it. InnoveLab will accompany you in this process with preparatory meetings. Our Ideas Laboratory can even be preceded by short additional training geared to support your unique needs.
Having put in place some rules of ideation, you will then start to work in a safe space that allows everyone to express themselves. We encourage you to go beyond your initial ideas and give your creativity free-reign – this will allow you to push your ideation process to the next level. At the end of the Lab, you will leave with several solutions to your initial challenge. We also offer you follow-up sessions over the next few weeks or even months to keep you on target!
