OVERVIEW

Offered as a 2 or 4 hour session,  this course will highlight five key elements of mindfulness, giving you the opportunity to practice concrete exercises to improve your ability to focus in the present moment.  Learning this common vocabulary will improve your team cohesion and help everyone develop a greater capacity for self-care and empathyto create a more inclusive, healthy and positive work environment.

This practical half-day course allows you to truly understand the importance of mindfulness at work and how the quality of being present can greatly increase the power of your leadership and the impact of your interactions with colleagues and clients.
