This training, in both the 1.5h to 3h versions, allows you to study the quality of your stress management. You will learn to understand and identify stressors in your professional and personal life through self-assessment. From this, you will be able to set the limits of your acceptable stress level and recognize when you have surpassed it.
During this course, you will experiment with various practical exercises that will immediately help improve your mental and emotional state. Finally, you will build an action plan containing the most appropriate and effective tools to help you find balance to be more creative in your work and home life.
